Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. By booking with RR Elite Shuttle Services Pty Ltd, you agree to the conditions set out below.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, “RR Elite”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to RR Elite Shuttle Services Pty Ltd. “Client”, “you” or “your” refers to the person making a booking or using our services, including any passengers travelling under that booking.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, email, phone or through our website quote form.
  • A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us (WhatsApp, SMS or email).
  • We reserve the right to decline a booking in cases of safety concerns, vehicle availability or any other reasonable grounds.

3. Rates & Payment

  • Rates shown on our website are guideline prices and may vary based on distance, tolls, time of day and special requirements.
  • Final pricing will be confirmed in your written quote or booking confirmation.
  • Payment methods will be communicated during the booking process (for example EFT or cash by arrangement).
  • Full payment may be required prior to the trip for certain routes or at our discretion.

4. Cancellations & Changes

  • If you need to change or cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible via the same channel used to book.
  • Last-minute cancellations and “no-shows” may be subject to a cancellation fee, especially for long-distance or airport trips.
  • Changes to pickup time, location or route are subject to vehicle and driver availability and may affect the final cost.

5. Waiting Time

  • A reasonable grace period may be allowed at pickup. Extended waiting time may be charged at an additional fee, which will be communicated to you.
  • For “same day return” packages (such as Sun City day trips), maximum waiting times are stated in the quote. Additional time may incur extra charges.

6. Luggage & Trailers

  • You are responsible for informing us of your luggage requirements when requesting a quote.
  • Trailer hire (where available) is charged as an additional fee. Oversized or excessive luggage that was not declared in advance may result in additional charges or, in some cases, the inability to transport all items.
  • We take reasonable care of your luggage but cannot be held liable for normal wear, minor damage or loss where we were not negligent.

7. Safety & Conduct

  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times where provided.
  • No smoking is permitted inside any RR Elite vehicle.
  • The driver has the right to refuse transport to any passenger who is abusive, intoxicated or poses a safety risk to others.
  • Children must be seated safely; if a child seat is required, please notify us in advance so we can advise on options.

8. Delays & Service Interruptions

  • We always aim to arrive on time. However, traffic, road closures, accidents and other events beyond our control may cause delays.
  • RR Elite will not be liable for any indirect loss such as missed flights, hotel bookings or events caused by delays outside our reasonable control.
  • In the unlikely event of a vehicle breakdown, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative vehicle or solution.

9. Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific trip, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
  • We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. Please ensure you collect all belongings at the end of your trip.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your information for booking and communication purposes.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.
